Tuff Girl is a come-as-you-are kind of gym. Roll out of bed, grab your sneakers, and instead of measuring what you want to lose — see what you have to gain. Strength, power, and confidence … and the list doesn’t end there.

 We’re about making women and girls realize just how strong and incredible they already are, not about fad diets or wraps or losing ten pounds in ten days. You’ll never hear us use the words “diet,” or “juice cleanse,” or “skinny tea.” But you will absolutely hear us shout “get after it,” and “you’ve got this,” and “you’re strong as hell.” We believe a bikini body is simply a body in a bikini. We believe doing things like a girl is a compliment. We’re raising girls to believe good things about their bodies, to treat themselves kindly, to chase after that pull-up or that goal or that scholarship. We believe women are amazing, and we want to help them see that for themselves.

This Week’s Classes

 

SUNDAY:

Frenzy

Tackle this fun filled training working in 40 second intervals. This training includes a mix of both strength and metabolic movements including the rope climb, cargo net, ladders, and more! We also added a quick 4 minute “you choose” finisher, where athletes decided whether they finish with core, strength or metabolic.


Monday:

The Grind

Alternate back and forth between two movements working in fast and furious 25 second intervals. After six rounds bring it all together with a core and glute finisher. *Great for those new to us!


TUESDAY:

Venus

Work your way through 9 strength stations each featuring 2 exercises that are completed back to back for 4 intervals. The intervals are 35s long with 15s of rest. After teams come together for a fast metabolic finisher!


WEDNESDAY:

Switch

SWITCH it up and work through six 4 minute AMRAP rounds. During each round athletes will switch back and forth between strength and metabolic movements working in a descending rep ladder. *Great for those new to us!


Thursday:

Quantum

Come try the second run through of this new training! Work through four rounds of 6 intervals of 40 second of a strength movement immediately followed by 20 seconds of a wildcard core or metcon movement. This training is so good it doesn’t even need a finisher! 


Friday:

Terminator

Work through five rounds of a metabolic circuit in fast and furious 20 second intervals. Once five rounds are completed everyone comes together for a glute and core finisher. 


Saturday:

Sledgehammer

Make your way through six "chipper" stations. Each station features 2 exercises with a given number of reps for each. Athletes break up reps any way they want! After the four minutes, athletes have the option to pump up their training with a bonus 25s of metcon OR core.
