Our next group nutrition program starts Sunday, April 26, 2026!
Join Coach Lindsay and Coach Christa for a focused nutrition program centered on two of the most powerful nutritional priorities: protein and fiber.
This program is designed to simplify nutrition, reduce decision fatigue, and help you confidently prioritize what matters most for strong, active, and aging bodies without tracking everything or striving for perfection.
What you’ll learn and practice:
• How to track protein and fiber
• Setting protein and fiber goals unique to you
• How to build meals and snacks that naturally support these targets
• Practical strategies to increase protein and fiber without overhauling your entire diet
• The science behind why protein and fiber have such a significant impact on performance, health, and aging
Program support includes:
• Educational emails from your coaches that break down protein and fiber in a clear, actionable way
• Community support and accountability through a private Slack channel
• In-person and virtual group meetings to learn, ask questions, and stay consistent
• Coach guidance to help you troubleshoot challenges and apply concepts to real life
We’ll kick off the program with an in-person kickoff workshop + workout where we’ll cover:
• Why protein and fiber are foundational for performance, body composition, and aging
• What and how we’ll be tracking (keeping it simple and sustainable)
• How the program will flow and what to expect
• Q&A with the coaches
We’ll wrap up with a group workout, so come dressed to move and bring water. If you’re looking for a less overwhelming, more sustainable approach to nutrition (one that still delivers meaningful results) this program is for you. By learning to consistently prioritize protein and fiber, you’ll build skills that support your training, health, and longevity well beyond the program itself.

Live workshop + workout with Christa and Lindsay on Sunday, April 26th at 6pm
Virtual mid-way check in on Wednesday, May 6th at 7:30pm
Program wrap up on Sunday, May 17th
Nutrition newsletters sent weekly with guidelines for setting your own unique macronutrient goals, tips, informational videos and more
A Slack channel for the group to ask questions to the coaches, share successes/challenges, and swap recipes
