Getting Started!

We are so glad you’re here and know you’re eager to get started, so here are a few things that will help you do just that.

  1. Download the MINDBODY app on your phone or tablet (you will find us listed under Altira Fitness), or use your computer and head to our online scheduler.

  2. Create an account and register with us.

  3. Pick the LIFT+SWEAT class that works best with your schedule. Our Kettlebell Strong class is an advanced class that requires you know the kettlebell swing and the turkish get-up. Our amazing coaches will meet you where you are and modify the class for your current strength and fitness level.

  4. Register and pay for class and check out. You can use our $15 first timer option if you have never trained with us before.

  5. Grab your water and your bravery and show up. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class to meet your coach, get a class overview and gather the equipment you will need for our amazing hour together. It is really important that we set you up for success by reviewing the workout format and helping you gather your equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to class. If you arrive late, you might not be able to participate.
