Tuff Girl is a come-as-you-are kind of gym. Roll out of bed, grab your sneakers, and instead of measuring what you want to lose — see what you have to gain. Strength, power, and confidence … and the list doesn’t end there.

 We’re about making women and girls realize just how strong and incredible they already are, not about fad diets or wraps or losing ten pounds in ten days. You’ll never hear us use the words “diet,” or “juice cleanse,” or “skinny tea.” But you will absolutely hear us shout “get after it,” and “you’ve got this,” and “you’re strong as hell.” We believe a bikini body is simply a body in a bikini. We believe doing things like a girl is a compliment. We’re raising girls to believe good things about their bodies, to treat themselves kindly, to chase after that pull-up or that goal or that scholarship. We believe women are amazing, and we want to help them see that for themselves.

SUNDAY:

Happy Easter!

No classes today! Enjoy the holiday weekend with friends and family!


Monday:

Summit

Come join us for the second run through of this training. Teams of three work through a series of step, bodyweight and dumbbell movements in 30 second intervals. After four rounds are complete, bring it all together with a fast metabolic finisher.


TUESDAY:

Fury

Work through this high intensity metabolic circuit in a team of 3. You will move quickly through 5 rounds working in 25 second intervals. This training also includes a kettlebell finisher!


WEDNESDAY:

Bone Crusher

This strength training contains five 5 minute AMRAP rounds where athletes go back and forth between two movements. End the workout with an eight minute metcon finisher! *Great for those new to us!


Thursday:

Whirl Wind

This new training gives you the option to choose whether your workout is strength, metabolic, or a mix of both! Pick and choose between different movements and work in 35 second intervals. This training also includes a you choose stacked style finisher!


Friday:

Stacked

This 28 minute AMRAP is a “12 Days of Christmas” training has athletes adding a strength/metabolic exercise with each round they complete. Before you tackle this list of movements, you will warm up with a squat and core starter round and we also added a finisher too!


Saturday:

Everest

Come climb! This strength training has athletes ladder down in reps as weights go up for 5 stations. There also will be a metcon option for those who want to get more conditioning in. Wrap it all up with a fast paced metabolic finisher!
