Tuff Girl is a come-as-you-are kind of gym. Roll out of bed, grab your sneakers, and instead of measuring what you want to lose — see what you have to gain. Strength, power, and confidence … and the list doesn’t end there.

 We’re about making women and girls realize just how strong and incredible they already are, not about fad diets or wraps or losing ten pounds in ten days. You’ll never hear us use the words “diet,” or “juice cleanse,” or “skinny tea.” But you will absolutely hear us shout “get after it,” and “you’ve got this,” and “you’re strong as hell.” We believe a bikini body is simply a body in a bikini. We believe doing things like a girl is a compliment. We’re raising girls to believe good things about their bodies, to treat themselves kindly, to chase after that pull-up or that goal or that scholarship. We believe women are amazing, and we want to help them see that for themselves.

This Week’s Classes

 

SUNDAY:

Bone Crusher

This training consists of five 5 minute AMRAP strength stations. Once the five stations are completed, athletes will finish up with a 8 minute metabolic finisher. *Great for those new to us!*


Monday:

Flash

Have tons of fun with this hub and spoke metabolic training! Athletes will complete 5 stations and work through fast 25 second intervals.


TUESDAY:

Olympia

This training has 5 strength rounds of 40 second working intervals each with a lower or upper body focus, a core exercise and a metabolic wildcard! We also added a new “you choose” five minute AMRAP finisher, so you can finish with your favorite Tuff Girl movements!


WEDNESDAY:

Samurai

Come try the new and improved Samurai! Athletes begin this training working through a series of exercises using one set of dumbbells or kettlebells for a 15 minute complex. After the complex, athletes complete a core and glue round and after that wrap up their training with a 9 minute metabolic finisher. *Great for those new to us!


Thursday:

Til You Drop!

Before hitting this fast and sweaty circuit, athletes will get warmed up with a core and glute mini band “starter” round. After the starter, teams of 3 will work in 20/15 intervals for a total of five rounds.


Friday:

Going Rogue

This training is made up of three 7 minute AMRAP stations with each featuring a lower body, upper body, and core exercise. The power/agility finisher is filled with 10 minutes of fun including band resisted runs, box jumps, cone runs and more!


Saturday:

Circuit Blast

In a team of two you will take down a 45 second strength interval immediately followed by a 20 second metabolic interval. This perfect mix of strength and metabolic makes this training a favorite of many!
