Stories of Success!

You should feel so proud that you've inspired and helped so many women! It's your dedication and true concern for us all that makes your bootcamps so amazing! 

You know your stuff and that's obvious. Just look at all of us, we are examples of how good you are at your job. You have spoiled us with all the one on one attention and tough workouts. In a year you have taught me to become a better person for myself, and that I am worth all the hardwork, sweat and tears. You have shown me what its like to be part of a team and to cheer on other people's successes. I truly feel like we are a little family and I know that if I needed anything, you would be there to help me out, or pick me up when I'm down. I can't put into words how good that feels.

Somehow I lost 2 more pounds and now weight 135, 7 pounds lighter than my pre-prego weight.  I never never never thought I would be this light again at age 42! Thank you Christa - I think in my head.

I have decided to learn to coach my son's soccer team! It probably all has something to do with feeling better about myself and feeling that I can run around with a bunch of 6-8 year olds for an hour at a time, even while keeping an eye on an approaching 2 year old.  

A while back, I used to have a personal trainer (for a very short time) and he cost waay more and did so much less for me in terms of support. I honestly cannot even compare you and him because you blow him away in all aspects (from your sending motivational emails, recipes, workouts that we can do at home….I could go on and on!).

Every time I get dressed for a business meeting and my pre-prego size 8 Ann Taylor suits fit I say Thank you Christa.  You rule!

I also wanted to say that I love your style... I think that it's great to have someone make you really look at yourself honestly and hold yourself accountable for your behavior. If it's someones perogative to be a little rounder and they don't care... okay. But we're all with you because we want to be our best... and I'm sure we all have one reason or another that motivates us. For me, I want to be my healthiest self and my sexiest self, and set a good example for my daughter on healthy eatting and healthy living. 

I'm so proud of myself for running under a 12 min mile! I couldn't have done it without your classes and you keeping me in shape :)  Thanks so much for making me a more fit person.

I just want you to know how proud I am to be a part of your journey.  You are an amazing woman and you are truly making a difference in these women's lives and it shows how much you strive to help change even more. 
 
Thank you for kicking me in the butt and helping me make changes in my own personal journey.  I'm glad that you and I found each other.

 I just wanted to say thank you for all that you are doing. I know it's probably been said 100 times before, but you are truly an inspiration and I am glad you came into my life! I'm so very excited about learning about the different wholesome foods and recipes. I have become super complacent over the last year and have routinely put convenience before my own health. I put more thought and research into my dog's diet than my own!!! This is just the kick in the butt I needed. The workout last night was exhilarating! Thanks again!
 
Thank you for being my bootcamp coach/trainer.  Yesterday, two bootcampers came up to me and told me how good I looked.  Here I was, gone for almost a month, and people still thought I looked great and saw a difference. Although, while I was away, I did tabata workouts and walked 3 miles everyday...but I feel that when I do tabata at home, its not the same as when you're coaching us.  But when I think more about that, I realize that I wouldn't have done tabata or walked the miles I did if I had not gotten involved in bootcamp.  Everyone asks me why I travel to Hamden and so far for bootcamp...but I've had great success with you. I look at myself and I see true changes.  I think you know how to tone a woman's body and I'm proud to be a client of yours.

I just wanted to share that since starting with Christa in February, I've dropped 15 pounds and quite a few inches! I'm beginning to resemble the size I was at my wedding... but much more toned! I can really see and feel the difference... inside and out. Thank you Christa... I'll continue to cheer you on and spread the word! You and all the TUFF GIRLS are an incredible force of inspiration!

You are an amazing trainer! I have rediscovered muscles I forgot that I had!
 
Last summer, I started going to Christa's amazing, fabulous, fantastic bootcamp just once a week - it was all the time I could spare away from my daughter. Slowly over the past 11 months I have added a Tuesday night workout and incorporated some of Christa's eating habits. I slowly started to change, dropped 8 pounds and 20+ inches and gained muscle, self confidence and felt like my old 25 year old self again. Then, I did Christa's detox bootcamp for two weeks and dropped another 2 pounds and 12 inches, I am now down 10 solid pounds and over 30 inches ! At age 42, I weigh the same as I did at 25, am more fit, feel fantastic and cannot believe I would ever fit into all of my old size 8 clothes. Christa showed me the way, she is an incredible awesome trainer, motivator, a fabulously fit women and mother. 

I think I am down anywhere from 4-6 lbs...have not been perfect, but soo much better and now dedicated to keep it going. I also feel like I have lost inches which makes me even more excited. The addition of more bootcamp workouts have made all the difference. You and your program are amazing and I am so thankful to be a part of it!!!!!

After I got out of the shower this morning I could really tell that my upper back, shoulders and arms are getting toned! And if I made a muscle my biceps looked like they were starting to really "POP"! It made me really happy to see, and excited that my "problem" areas might actually be something that someone else might envy one day! It's very exciting... I'm starting to get "Christa arms!" :)

I've said it before and I will say it again, you have changed my life. Totally and completly, changed it 100%. I cannot thank you enough for that.

Rode the waverunner yesterday, first time this year, was not even slightly winded, I love bootcamp!  Thank you Christa!  

THANK YOU again for an 
amazing work out last night – I left the class feeling invigorated, motivated and inspired – something I certainly can’t say about my times at the gym or trying to work out on my own.  Thank you very much for your inspiration and enthusiasm and of course, the fantastic work out – I think I’m hooked!!

I know you love what you do.  I love what you do too, so thanks for pushing and inspiring me. 

I can tell you that if I did not feel as good as I feel physically (thanks to all of your help), that it would not have been such an amazing year. And as you know, when you feel good physically it translates over to feeling good mentally which equals the total package. Thank you for ALL of your amazing support this past year.

Your class has inspired me to workout in ways I haven't felt in over 8 years, it's HUGE! Thanks for everything Christa!

First I just want to tell you how much I enjoyed the workout on Saturday,
I cannot wait to come back. Thank you for the support and encouragement during my first day, I have never been more sore, but felt so good in a long time.

Just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for more than you know. In three short weeks getting in touch with my body and my strength, has given me some perspective.  FEELING strong and healthy is not something someone awards you, it comes from inside. Meeting you and pushing this 44 year old body to do things it has been begging me to do again gives me satisfaction I haven't felt in a long time. Christa, I feel alive. Thank you.
